Ratepay - Invoice
Before you start
To process Ratepay Invoice payments, Nets Easy partners with RatePay. Therefore, an additional agreement is required before you can enable SEPA Direct Debit in your Nets Easy portal. Please contact our Customer Service Team to get that process started.

Activation
To activate Ratepay Invoice as a payment method and to add it to your Nets Easy portal, you need to complete the onboarding journey.
If you already have an existing Nets Easy portal account, you need to contact Support for this.
Once the contract is signed, you can activate Ratepay Invoice payments in your Nets Easy portal.
- Find to the "Add-on" page in the Nets Easy admin portal
- Fill out the form
- Click Onboard
User Journey
This following section will describe the user journey for a consumer:
- When your consumer chooses Ratepay as a payment method in the checkout, they will be prompted to enter their:
- Date of birth
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Pay.
- From here, the charge amount will be reserved.
Payment Flow
After your consumers have confirmed their payment during Checkout, the money will be sent to your Nets Easy Portal.
Testing
Nets Easy currently does not provide the possibility to test for Ratepay as seen in this overview table.
