      Why do I receive an error after a request?

      Frequent errors are:

      • 400 Bad Request (PS0000): Check that all the mandatory parameters are present in the request
      • 401 Unauthorized: Check if the API key is correct and coherent with the environment.
      • 500 Internal Server Error: Check error message, if it's a Generic API Error, forward it to IT.
